1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the MTG Trade service, a platform for managing and exchanging Magic: The Gathering cards, provided by MTG Trade.

2. Acceptance of ToS

Using the service implies full acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these conditions, you cannot use the service.

3. Service Description

MTG Trade offers a service for digitizing, managing and sharing Magic: The Gathering card collections. The main features include:

  • Binder scanning via camera
  • Automatic card identification
  • Personal collection management
  • Collection sharing and exploration
  • Data export in CSV format

4. Registration and User Account

Access to the service requires creating a user account via Google or Facebook. The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
  • Not create multiple accounts
  • Not impersonate a third party

5. Intellectual Property

Users remain owners of the content they share on the platform. By using the service, they grant MTG Trade a non-exclusive license to host and share this content within the scope of the service.

Magic: The Gathering and all associated elements are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

6. Data Protection

MTG Trade is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with GDPR. The data collected includes:

  • Profile information (name, email)
  • Collection images
  • Geolocation data (if enabled)
  • Service usage history

7. Responsibilities

The user is responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information provided
  • Content shared on the platform
  • The security of their account
  • Respecting the rights of third parties

MTG Trade cannot be held responsible for:

  • Automatic card identification errors
  • Transactions made between users
  • Technical problems beyond our control

8. Modifications

MTG Trade reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of substantial modifications by email or notification in the application.

9. Termination

MTG Trade reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of:

  • Non-compliance with ToS
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • Prolonged inactivity
  • At the user's request
